For its part, the Director of the Triptolemos Foundation highlighted that false news has always existed, the great difference is that we have gone from an analog world, to a digital world with an exponential growth in its speed of diffusion on the one hand, and another, that false news in food does not have a binary response (yes or no), but depends, of the doses and the ADI (Admissible Daily Intake), and that it is determined from scientific data and you need to understand its interpretation.
