The Presidency of the Foundation is held by the Honorable Federico Mayor Zaragoza (Director General of the UNESCO from 1978 to 1999 and patron of the Foundation at a personal level).
The two Vice-presidencies are held by:

José Luis Bonet (President of Freixenet S.A. and President of Alimentaria)
The Secretariat is under:
Ramon Clotet. Professor ESAB-UPC (1984-1994)
The Executive Management is under:
Yvonne Colomer (European Doctor in Agronomic Engineering. MBA in international management of agro-food companies (ESSEC, France).
The Board of the Foundation is currently made up of all the members of these Boards, who act as Patrons, the founding patron being Federico Mayor Zaragoza.
