UNESCO: Humanistic Futures of learning. Aportación de la Fundación Triptolemos
The International Commission of UNESCO in Paris presented the initiative: “Humanistic futures of learning: Perspectives from UNESCO Chairs and UNITWIN Network” on January 28 and 29. A complete reflection with a millennium approach.
The UNESCO UNITWIN network is
composed of more than 800 institutions and affiliates. It is an essential resource for the generation and mobilization of interdisciplinary knowledge. Opinion articles from more than one hundred authors from 65 institutions presented in this publication were selected from the numerous presentations received worldwide. The only contribution concerning the food world is that presented by the Triptolemos Foundation through the UNESCO Chair “Science and Innovation for Sustainable Development: Global Food Production and Safety”, of which its institution is a member.
