III Gastronomy and Health Congress (Zaragoza 8 and 9 November)

For the third consecutive year, from HENNEO, and with the participation of Heraldo and Blue Media, we launched the III Gastronomy and Health Congress.

A singular gastronomic event of national scope where the protagonist is a binomial of which the whole world is speaking and needs to be approached with scientific as well as culinary and gastronomic criteria: health and gastronomy.

During the Congress presentations will be made by a panel of prestigious speakers: gastronomes, chefs and specialized journalists, prestigious researchers and scientists, international speakers and The Food System by the hand of Yvonne Colomer of the Triptolemos Foundation will be other issues and subjects that will be seen during the meeting that consolidates its uniqueness with this third edition.
