Opinion Documents

Following the philosophy of training and informing the citizen through a serious but intelligible scientific opinion, without falling into exaggerations but objectively assessing certainties and risks, the Scientific Committee of the Foundation prepares in this line a set of documents prepared by multisectoral specialists who try clarify the current vision of the certainties and risks of the role of food and food on the subject that is addressed with a rigor of high disclosure.
