How do we contribute to ensure food availability in households?

COVID-19 has limited our activities and we are subject to greater economic pressure, but people need to eat!

One of the constants features of humanity has been to find ways of producing and preserving food in order to ensure its availability. This include fermentation, smoking, dehydration, salting … and from the 19th century on, canning, chilling, freezing and the development of other technologies that adapt to the needs and available resources, from the field to the table.

Science and technology contribute to the development of humanity. Guaranteeing the functioning of the Food System is essential to ensure the correct development of society: a tribute to all the companies, institutions, teams and people who make it possible.
