III Gastronomy and Health Congress (Palacio de Congresos Zaragoza)
As in other editions, professionals from different disciplines will attend as speakers in the third edition of the International Congress of Gastronomy and Health to be held on 8 and 9 November at the Zaragoza Conference Center. It will be scientists, researchers, chefs, journalists and sommeliers who will make up a complete program with which the latest research in the food sector will be announced.
The speakers will be:
* Nutrition experts such as Luis Alberto Moreno, from Zaragoza, Yvonne Colomer from the Triptolemos Foundation or José Miguel Mulet.
