The Triptolemos Foundation defines a “Sustainable Global Food System” as encompassing four interrelated areas: economics, policies and legislation, availability and accessibility, and knowledge, behavior, and culture. All of these must be balanced to achieve adequate nutrition for the entire population, nutrition that citizens can trust, based on knowledge, science, and technology.
The Triptolemos Foundation is committed to contributing, through its actions, to optimizing a Sustainable and Balanced Global Food System. It collaborates in revitalizing the Food System to increase food availability and quality, enhance its dignity, and foster public trust, based on the premise that responsible business practices are the driving force of the system.
